#QueeneFitness: Day 31 - Monday Workout

Date: 29 Sept 2014 (Mon)

well well well
ok semangat nak update workout today
aku kalau bole x nak miss update
nak update tiap2 hari kalau bole la

so today since last week aku x sihat
bila start ari ni
aku rasa off sikit
aku cepat penat
tapi aku completekan 10mins aku tu
crosstrainer dpt 2.3km
level still 2
aku kena increase dah ni
average speed 65 which meningkat prestasi
heart rate etc aku x monitor
aku x nak amik tau

then aku turun buat weight training
aku buat leg extension n leg press
dapat buat 12 reps 2 sets each moves
then aku freshen up
balik opis sambung keje dgn happy
coz half of monday blues dah complete

ooooh lupa nowadays
aku order lunch healthy sets
my fitness buddy yg recommend
not bad
for example menu ari ni ni haaa


we all order like a week menu
today's lunch is seafood marinara
plus corn in cob
calorie count 367kcal
wa caya lu
siap calorie count tu
tapi nak healthy ku turutkan saja
hehe
tp memang sedap tau
sape nak tau email aku ye

#QueeneFitness: Day 29 & 30 - 5th and 6th Body Balance Class

Date: 18 (Thurs) & 19 (Fri) Sept 2014

hehe
ni update last week
on average aku pegi gym dlm 3x a week
okla
studies shows that moderate and constant exercise us better than none
even 15mins a day pun ok
just 2 get d body to move physically
hehe
chewah dah pandai cakap pasal fitness ye
okla sikit2 dari apa yg surf kat internet

ini just nak update body balance class ari tu
2 days in a row
thurs n fri
thurs tu normal instructor 
fri tu plak replacement instructor
for me both ok
they have their own style
so yang penting we all enjoy it so much
we sweat a lot
especially thurs class tu
fuhh best

how I wish I can take pics dlm class
tapi x bole
kena focus on workout

malas plak nak update
just nak jot down workout yesterday

crosstrainer 10mins
distance 2.3km
average speed: 60 - 63
level 2


aku saw progress in terms of speed
speed paling ketara
distance slightly increase
level still same
anyway was great workout
finish off with plank posen stretching
freshen up
pegi office fresh n start work
waaaaa

Date: 9 Sept 2014 (Tue) & 11 Sept 2014 (Thurs)

ok ni update ari tu 
memang aku suker giler class ni
both classes conducted by different trainer
selasa guy trainer
khamis lady trainer

nowadays aku dah create routine ni
selasa khamis join class ni
so balik umah lambat sikit
suker sangat sanggup aku ko
hehe

hope that d class will help me to:-
1. strengthen core
2. more flexible 
3. toning my body
4. more focus
5. improve breathing

malas la plak nak citer lebih2
sape interested jom join fitness first
esp body balance class dia

ini sebagai bukti
ke'happy'an aku yerr

lamanyer x update blog
lately ni busy betul
dengan keje banyak
ada project kecik kena settle
hmm macam2

nway aku x nak blog ni x terupdate
if possible 
blog ni kena maintain gak
nak healthy n nak slim punyer pasal
citer anak2 family pun x terupdate
asyik fitness2 je
hehe

ok
ni just nak update workout on 8 sept tu
that day monday
tau la monday camner
monday bluesss
tapi aku pi gak ye 
aku challenge diri aku
tak nak malas2 n finally dapat buat
workout standard aku
crosstrainer 15mins
dapat 3.3 km
buat plank
buat stretching
rasa legaaa
itu je
jadikla kan
aku pernah baca 1 article ni
dia mention pasal kalau exercise
kena buat consistent and moderate
jangan sampai teruk2
sampai sore giler
coz not good to body in the long run
yang aku tau aku buat ni 
aku enjoy
aku happy
aku rasa release stress
aku rasa best feel good
so aku kena keep x momentum going
strive harder
try to achieve more n more 
but do it gradually till success

#QueeneFitness: Day 24** - Friday Body Balance Class

Date: 5 Sept 2014 (Fri)

this is d class yg aku really look forward
so we started d class full of energy
this time class lagi ramai compared 1st class
of course aku still newbie
this time around instructor dah bagitau 
class today focus more on core workout
fuhhh 
memang best
but quite challenging
lupa nak update 
1st and 2nd class ni
ada some steps aku x bole ikut lagi
macam badan x sync nal move
anyhow aku enjoy
abis workout 
as usual sambung relaxation slot
then aku pegi freshen up

xde amik gambar dah 2x dah
x bestttt

#QueeneFitness: Day 23 - Workout Biasa2 Je

Date: 3 Sept 2014 (Wed)

hmmmm
lepas buat body balance last friday
then cuti merdeka
plus isnin plak cuti
then selasa aku just datang steambath je

so today buat crosstrainer je
rasa lemau gak la bila nak buat
aiikkk bila naik je crosstrainer
tiba2 terasa lain
rasa macam ringan je body nak move
so aku set buat 10mins je
memang betul bila check speed level
aku perasan average speed dlm 62 to 63
normal speed aku dalam 58 cam tu
aky happy n abiskan
dapat dalam 2.13km
jadikla

then aku buat plank pose
aku buat stretching itu ini
abis je aku selfie kat locker
ni haaaa


perasan macam kecik sikit upper body tu
hehe
ntahla ada kot rasa shrink sikit

#QueeneFitness: Day 22* - My 1st Body Balance Class

Date: 29 August 2014 (Fri)

bila update ni baru perasan satu benda
rupanyer baru 22 hari je pegi gym
la x sampai sebulan la yeee

but 1 thing 4 sure
aku berjaya create routine
means aku pegi gym ni dah macam routine
takdela nampak macam terpaksa
ye la bukan senang
aku kena create habits to go
nowadays rasa x complete x pegi
cuma yg x best tu
aku bole committ lunch hour je
time lain after ofis belum bole fit in
itu pun lari klcc every tues n thurs
thank god hubby faham n support

so aku nak update benda baru
aktiviti baru kat gym
nowadays since dah biasakan diri
buat crosstrainer cardio etc
aku teringin nak try benda baru
but seriously now aku dah pandai sikit
dulu x sangat
now dah tau nak varietykan itu ini

ok benda baru today is join body balance class
semangat tuuu
b4 start class aku jumpa instructor tu
introduced myself
so happy dia ada new people like me joining
so bila start tu macam suspense sikit
bole ke aku ni
tapi bila dah join baru le tau memang best
concept class tu macam ni
dia ada yoga sikit
ada pilates sikit
then ada lagu or tracks while doin it
bila ada lagu x boring rasa best sangat
really enjoy it
habis je dalam 1 hour
then continue with relaxation slot
we all relax focus breathing etc je
rasa relax je muscle2 tadi
percaya x workout tu bole buat kita berpeluh
macam berlari berpeluh buat cardio

habis je class
then sembang ngan instructor tu
what a lovely lady dia tu
x sabar nak join lagi

overall aku happy join class ni
as well as happy coz all d workout usaha
dalam minggu ni
hope bole lebih disiplin lagi
hope bole feel more energy more healthy
and nak share gambar ari tu

this one nak update pasal pegi jog kat klcc


yang kelakar tu sebelum start
aku rasa nak weewee
tapi aku buat dekk je tahan
then bila dah start lari
baru ler rasa nak terkenchhh
heeee gerammm
dapat buat 1 round je
ni je ciput hasilnyer


ni update paling ringkas
aku dah malas dah
ada lagi 4 entries tertangguh
heeeee

#QueeneFitness: Day 21 - Great Workout & Stretching

Date: 27 August 2014 (Wed)

aku pun x fahamla why aku x update earlier
well aku nak kalau bole blog ni
will witness fitness journey aku
well to admit at this age
it it not easy to lose weight
dulu senang je
makan banyak sikit dah turun balik
nowadays semua store jadik lemak
nway since dah enroll gym
rasa lain sikit
rasa kuat fari segi fitness
posture badan a bit change
ada progress even like 20 days pegi gym

ok
so ni just nak update workout ari tu
aku just buat crosstrainer 15mins
dapat dalam 3.11km
guna level 2 macam sebelum ni
aku pakai headphones dengar lagu
playlist ntah apa2 tah
tapi aku dengar gak la
and abiskan


then aku buat elbow plank pose 
tahan dalam 20 to 30 secs
pas tu buat stretching for lower back
since aku banyak duduk dalam ofis
so kena stretchkan muscles 
best tau bila buat stretching
rasa badan tu x tegang sangat la
then macam biasa freshen up
masuk ofis

so masuk ofis macam biasa selfie bila perlu
haha

today 2nd time nak jogging klcc park
aku period tapi semangat nyer pasal
aku join gak budak2 opis ni petang ni

so pepagi dah selfie



aura merah hari ni yeee
hehe
so dipendekkan citer
lari kat klcc macam hari sebelum ni
dalam 2 round yg x seberapa
apa pun dapat berpeluh sikit pun jadila
ye tak
ni gambar special aku background klcc

#QueeneFitness: KLCC Run Day 1 - 1st Time Jog

Date: 21 August 2014 (Thurs)

ok
today in history
aku join member2 opis jogging klcc park
serious x percaya tercapai gak wishlist
wishlist macam simple je kannn
nak sangat lari klcc park ni
so petang tu
hmmm semua kobar2 nak lari
memang giler semangat
ni buktinyer...


ok aku x filter gambar ni ye
nampak peluh mengalir
hehehe
xdela kata peluh sangat
tapi just nak share ye
klcc park 1 round tu dalam 1.3km
so ni first time jogging
normally indoor kat gym je kan
buat atas crosstrainer je
so bila lari kat park
aku macam terkejut sikit
at first aku lari then dalam dah setengah round
rasa area ankle macam sakit
so aku slow down n slow down
bila makin sakit then aku stop lari
aku x tau nape
sebab aku ke
sebab kasut ke
sebab ntahla
rasa pelik
cuma rasa x best sikitla
tapi xpe at least wish aku tercapai
ape pun best lari kat klcc park
ada ramai sangat orang lari 
banyak aktiviti kat situ
ada dalam 3 big group aku nampak
dorang buat aktiviti ramai2
ala2 bootcamp yuuu
seronok tengok
sape minat or nak tau
mari la ramai2 lari kat sini
syokkk ooohh
habis tu berpeluh la gak
xde la peluh sangat compared kat gym
lari pun kurang fit
still kena upkan fitness level sikit2 la
consider pancit gak la hari tu

so nak summarise kat sini
dengan guna satu Apps
yang dorang suruh upload 
inila resultnyer


dapat la progress walau sikit punn
selalunya kalau kat gym
on average 5mins = 2km la katakan
ni 27mins baru dapat 2.29km
that means outdoor berbeza
plus speed level aku x ukur
Apps ni aku amik simple je
just time distance & calorie burned je
