#QueeneFitness: Day 20 - Great 15mins

Day 20 - 18 August 2014

well today at first rasa a bit off
but then kuatkan semangat pegi gym gak
tau je la ari isnin ada blues sikit
but anyhow
today aku buat crosstrainer je
tapi today start buat 15mins
normally aku buat 10mins
tak larat gak la tapi paksa gak buat
tengok ni gambar aku sweating giler

tadi aku dapat buat 3.13km
ok not bad kannn
level is now at level 2
okla ni je update today
hope so esok lusa buat lagi better

#QueeneFitness: Day 18 & 19: Crosstrainer Move Up To Level 2!

Day 18 - 11 August 2014
Day 19 - 12 August 2014

well aku rasa d best aku buat 2 entries terus
since both days aku buat workout sama
as usual aku buat crosstrainer 10mins
day 18 dapat 2.15km
day 19 dapat buat 2.2km
improve sikit je
its ok its good effort
cheewah
but d only different this time 
aku set from level 1 to level 2
aku increase average speed to 60++
meaning speed tu from jog dah ke run mode
dulu speed aku bawah 60
kira okla aku monitor small steps ni
at least ada progress
aku still belum fit to really run on crosstrainer
mungkin kalau on treadmill bole la
tapi sebab crosstrainer a bit susah sikit
coz aku kena maintain pegang handle tu
handle tu good for upper body movement
so tu yang payah sikit tu
fitness pun so-so
increase pun sikit2
so aku x nak poyo awal2 then quit
aku nak slowly enjoying d journey

lupa aku get to know new gym buddy
named wong 
sembang2 n dia ajar pasal plank exercise
very nice of him
and lupa ceria tu coz pakai new outfit
striking green maroon
loved d colour
so far dah ada 4 top outfit
all 3 from reebok
1 from adidas
tapi adidas tu x pernah pakai gi

day 19 tengok ni
muka nampak lebih penat dari semalam
cer tengokkk
hehe


this week aku pegi 2x je
huhu sedey
tapi xpe next week insyaallah lebihhh
ok dapat pun update 
ni macam fitness journal dahhh
ok

#QueeneFitness: Day 17 - Workout Macam Semalam

Day 17 - 7 August 2014
PT: No

entry dah lapuk baru nak update
so tinggal lagi 2 entry belum update
so kena update ringkas je la
ok on 7/8 tu aku buat same workout
aku guna crosstrainer 10mins
dapat dalam 2.08km
lebih sikit je
tapi bila start area hip sakit macam semalam
still aku teruskan
then aku buat treadmill walk
buat dalam 0.79km je
ni haaa gambar aku after workout


then aku cool down
lastly aku masuk steambath 10mins
kasi betul2 steam abis
hehe
then aku shower freshen up
ready to work
memang rasa fresh giler 
tapi lepas raya ni rasa tough sikit
nak built up fitness balik
sometimes ada tight muscle
so terpaksa workout lebih sikit la ye

#QueeneFitness: Day 16 - 1st Time Try Treadmill

Day 16 - 6 August 2014
PT: No

ok aku patut update ni minggu lepas kann
tapi lately ni after raya memang bz
macam2 benda
so sebelum lupa
ni update workout ari tu

macam day 15 ari tu
aku normally start ngan crosstrainer 10mins
tapi this time time tgh buat aku rasa sakit sikit
sakit area pelvic tu
tapi aku buat gak and finally d pain disperse
dapatla buat 2.04km 10mins
okla lann

then aku continue buat treadmill
tho xde PT session
tapi time ni PT ada around area tu
so dia ajar nak pakai treadmill
dia suruh buat walkin on treadmill je
buat 10mins dapat 1.0km cam tu
not bad gak treadmill
tapi ntahla aku prefer crosstrainer gi

ok itu je update workout ari tu
kena rush nak update lagi 3 entries

well dah lama x update blog kan
ari tu seronok je update
lepas raya x terupdate pun

ok
nak citer pasal workout ari tu
hari tuesday
after dah lama x workout
daaaaa aku masuk gym
tapi macam lazy2 mode sikit
ye laa still mood raya kann
sebelum tu aku citer pasal aku turun 2kg+ kan
tengok2 lepas tu ngan raya hmmm hancuss
badan naik balik
tu yang pi gym tu
tapi ari tu aku buat crosstrainer 10mins
dapat distance dalam 2.04km
aku force buat gak
at last chest kanan sakit
terus stop and tekan chest tu
aku relax2 sikit then aku freshen up
aku rasa macam x best ari tu
okla aku letak gambar ni
amik kat gym so that aku semangat sikit

okla dan ngantuk dah ni
letih workout tadi
hehe
