SO, last 2 weeks, I did my medical check up kat PMC Bangsar.
Resultnya not so good...boleh dikatakan semuanya borderline...*padan muka sebab malas nak exercise*
Yang amat menyedihkannya ialah bab stress test tu...finished up to stage 3 je...itupun x abis oiii...
Kesimpulannya, badan mmg dah x fit lagi. Doctor advised to CHANGE DIET & EXERCISE.

2. Bought the ingredients.

3. Prepare the ingredients.

Recipe:
2 cups of water
*used 1 half cup - depends kat texture smoothie tu*
1/2 head organic spinach
*followed*
1 head organic romaine
*terletak lebih sikit je about 1 half head*
3 - 4 sticks of organic celery
*used 2 stick je coz sticksnye besar*
1 organic banana
*followed*
1 organic pear
*followed*
1 organic apple
*followed*
juice of half organic lemon
* not followed - lupa nak beli hehe*
4. Fill the blender with 2 cups of water and blend the spinach & romaine. Guna low speed dulu until texture smooth.
5. Add the celery, apple and pear. Guna medium to high speed.
6. Add banana and juice of half organic lemon. Guna medium to high speed.
7. Done.
8. Pour and drink fresh.
* I letak dalam 2 bekas lock & lock ni. Chill in fridge dulu and later minum*
Just nice for 2
