Cara Nak Buat Strawberry+Blueberry Smoothie

Eversince our #GGS episode *refer previous post*,  saya make sure that we all satu family eat a good amount of fruits daily/weekly in order to stay healthy. So one of d ways is to prepare a healthy smoothie drinks.

Today, saya nak share recipe - Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
half cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup orange juice (chilled)
1 banana or half cup yogurt (plain or fruit flavoured) *optional*
a bit of sugar *optional*
ice cubes *optional*

Instructions: 
a. Prepare all ingredients.

Without bananas/yogurt/ice cubes/sugar

b. Add orange juice, strawberry and blueberries.

Add everything

c. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

TEFAL Blender

d. Ready to serve! 
*normally once ready, saya letak dlm freezer biar sejuk betul2 coz tak suka letak ice cube*

Ready in 2 L&L small tumbler 

Preparation Time
Less than 10 minutes *super easy*

Serving Portion
2-3
