#QueeneFitness: Day 5 - Plank, Hip Flex, Leg Extension & Sprinting

Day 5 - 9 June 2014
Time: 12.30pm - 2.15pm
PT: Yes
PT Slot: 1.00pm - 1.30pm

Today memang really tiring.
Aku sampai awal today.
Semangat walaupun rasa penat sikit.
Aku tukar je then aku warm up.
Aku buat 5mins guna crosstrainer.

Then PT datang suruh turun downstairs.
Aku kena buat plank 30secs.
Then buat hip flex 12x each legs.
Repeat 4x.
Fuhh penat giler.

Then aku kena sprint 60sec.
Then continue duduk atas fitness ball.
Kena balance and duduk straight.
Sambil tu aku kena angkat dumbell.
Tak berat sgt dumbell.
Tapi bila dah 10-12 kali angkat.
Baru terasa effect kat shoulder.
Then buat leg extension.
Then back to sprint, fitness ball.
Last ke leg extension.
Kena buat dalam 3reps.
1st sprint result mention tadi 122 units.
2nd sprint result 129 units.

OMG last sekali PT suruh sprint 60secs lagi.
Aku x ingat bape units.
Aku terlalu penat.
Serious aku penat giler.
Half hour tu memang really challenging.
Memang menguji betul.
Aku masuk je locker room.
Rasa nak terbaring je.
Aku relax few secs.
Eh x bole jadi ni.
Last2 aku bangun freshen up.
Aku keluar beli subway.
Sampai ofis makan lapar giler.
Haa tengok ni.




Lapar giler tapi muka control.
Hehe.

Ok esok sambung gi citer fitness ye...
