#QueeneFitness: Day 22* - My 1st Body Balance Class

bila update ni baru perasan satu benda
rupanyer baru 22 hari je pegi gym
la x sampai sebulan la yeee

but 1 thing 4 sure
aku berjaya create routine
means aku pegi gym ni dah macam routine
takdela nampak macam terpaksa
ye la bukan senang
aku kena create habits to go
nowadays rasa x complete x pegi
cuma yg x best tu
aku bole committ lunch hour je
time lain after ofis belum bole fit in
itu pun lari klcc every tues n thurs
thank god hubby faham n support

so aku nak update benda baru
aktiviti baru kat gym
nowadays since dah biasakan diri
buat crosstrainer cardio etc
aku teringin nak try benda baru
but seriously now aku dah pandai sikit
dulu x sangat
now dah tau nak varietykan itu ini

ok benda baru today is join body balance class
semangat tuuu
b4 start class aku jumpa instructor tu
introduced myself
so happy dia ada new people like me joining
so bila start tu macam suspense sikit
bole ke aku ni
tapi bila dah join baru le tau memang best
concept class tu macam ni
dia ada yoga sikit
ada pilates sikit
then ada lagu or tracks while doin it
bila ada lagu x boring rasa best sangat
really enjoy it
habis je dalam 1 hour
then continue with relaxation slot
we all relax focus breathing etc je
rasa relax je muscle2 tadi
percaya x workout tu bole buat kita berpeluh
macam berlari berpeluh buat cardio

habis je class
then sembang ngan instructor tu
what a lovely lady dia tu
x sabar nak join lagi

overall aku happy join class ni
as well as happy coz all d workout usaha
dalam minggu ni
hope bole lebih disiplin lagi
hope bole feel more energy more healthy
and nak share gambar ari tu
