memang aku suker giler class ni
both classes conducted by different trainer
selasa guy trainer
khamis lady trainer
nowadays aku dah create routine ni
selasa khamis join class ni
so balik umah lambat sikit
suker sangat sanggup aku ko
hehe
hope that d class will help me to:-
1. strengthen core
2. more flexible
3. toning my body
4. more focus
5. improve breathing
malas la plak nak citer lebih2
sape interested jom join fitness first
esp body balance class dia
ini sebagai bukti
ke'happy'an aku yerr
ada kurus sikit tak?
