Beli Perfume Victoria's Secret

Mostly everyone knows Victoria's Secret kan?
Sape x tau then start google k.
Actually aku tau tapi x pernah nak membeli.
Everytime lalu je depan kedai buat bodo je.
VS bole dikatakan mahal harga barang2 dia. 
Tu yang buat bodo je.
If not habisla duit.
Tengok je dah rasa nak beli.
Selalu terus turun foodcourt Pavi bawah tu.

Tapi hari tu aku terfikir.
Since perfurme aku dah abis.
So why not aku beli kat VS ni.
Aku ni d type yg jarang beli perfume banyak2.
Bukan type suker buat collection.
Bagi aku semuanya tu membazir.
And semak tengok banyak botol perfurmes.
Entahla bila aku bersiap sure rimasnyer kan.
Dah aku ni kategori orang cepat rimas.
Nak buat camner.
Aku kan simple2 je orangnyer.
Kihkih.

Aku bab perfume tak 1 at least 2 laaa.
Last perfume yg dah abis from Burberry.
Tak ingat nama apa.
Tapi aku suker la.
Tapi ada masa boring la plak pakai tu je kan.
So ari tu pegi la VS.
Ni paperbag nyer.
Sweet colour pink dia kan.



Aku happy sgt2 coz dapat beli ni.



Zoom lagi jom tengok apa dia.
Ni ler VS 4 travel mini EDP.
Or VS assorted rollerball coffret.
Size ni sesuai untuk travel.
Overall aku puas hati beli cute set ni.
Rasa best coz belI 4 terus.
Dpd nak eyeing satu satu.
Last2 belinye tidak.
Haha.



Harga plak dalam RM186.
Rasa berbaloi kan.
If not beli perfume dlm RM200 lebih.
Ikut brand gak la.
Yang ni x cross RM200 kira ok la kan.



Bagi aku better aku beli 4 perfume ni.
Eventho kecik je at least bole tukar2.
Kalau boring tukar ni tukar tu.
Lama2 habisla.
Tak macam kalau kita beli perfume.
Yang biasa beli size besar normal tu.
Jenuh nak habiskan.
Rasa macam terbeban dan lama nak abis.
Sambil nak menghabiskan mesti boring kan.
Boring ngan bau perfume tu nanti.
Paling aku suker VS Bombshell.
People said that VS Bombshell paling best.
And memang betul pun.
Serious bau dia macam ni.
Fresh sweet flirty seductive.
Hehe.
Aku google2 pasal VS Bombshell ni.
Rupanyer VS Bombshell menang award 2011.
Dpd 4 tu ada satu ni VS Body nama dia.
Ni paling latest tp bau a bit out.
Aku beli gak set ni.
Coz xde yg lain at least 3 tu bau dia ok.
Tapi ramai org suker beli body mist dia.
So far aku x terjebak lagi la.
Rasa lepas nI nak survey wallet le.
Or make up bag ke.

Well today aku buat crosstrainer lagi.
Aku buat 20mins.
Resultnyer:
● distance - 3.98km
● calorie burned - 145
● heart rate - 86%

Itupun 20mins je.
Belum buat lama lagi.
Kalau lama x tau la kan.
Bape banyak calorie bole bakar.
Hehe.

One things aku notice.
Bila buat crosstrainer ni.
Contohnya aku set 20mins.
Bila buat aku akan gradually increase speed.
Slowly slowly then laju sikit and sikit.
But given history aku yg x sporty ni.
Plus age aku.
Of course not easy.
Challenging weiii.
Sometimes bila antara minit ke-8 to ke-10.
Itu yang challenging tu.
Rasa nafas nak terhenti je.
Tapi fokus mind energy semua & continue.
Tapi bila melepasi 2mins tadi.
Rasa lega sikit x tau nape.
Then continue minit ke-11 seterusnya.
Sampai habis.
Memang satisfying bila abis je workout.
Rasa best sangat.

Kembang kempis hidung tengah cool down.
Haha.
Belakang kiri tu crosstrainer yg aku workout tu.

Lagi satu bila buat rasa ada perubahan.
Contoh nowadays rasa posture badan tu.
Lebih straight kurang bongkok.
Rasa fat kat tummy making kurang.
Perut makin kempis.
Rasa shoulder and biceps area mengecil sikit.
Rasa thigh area lebih toned.
Yeayyy.
Sukerrr.
Itu laaa kita semua tau.
Takde yang senang kat dunia ni.
Semuanya kita kena usaha.
Aku hope that usaha ni berpanjangan.
Bukan setakat nak badan cantik okayyy.
Yang penting overall kita sihat.

Peace yo!

Haaa ari ni xde citer pegi gym.
Ada hal skit kat opis.
Nampak gambar tu siap peace kan.
Ni peace symbol ada makna uuu.
Huhu.
Actually ada hal skit kat opis.
Rasa serabut sikit x bole citer sini.
So we all makan satu team.
Ada 6 of us.
Apa pun release gak stress makan ramai2.
Gelak sembang gelak sembang.
Haha.

Ok ni nak citer pasal scarf ni.
Scarf ni beli kat H&M One Utama.
Aku beli 2 scarf ari tu.
Polka dot scarf ni kira ok gak.
Ramai kata ok kat opis.
Aku pakai lilit je.
Actually bila pegi H&M jarang check out scarf.
So ari tu tergerak nak tengok.
Last2 beli gak.

Hari ni sedey sangat.
Aku dari pagi x sihat.
Aku sore throat and ada batuk sikit.
Tapi aku pegi jugak.
Aku kalau bole x nak jadik macam last week.
Aku x pegi sangat gym.
Ada je hal.
Itu ini.
Guilty x pegi gym tu jangan cakap la.
Itu citer last week.

So today macam aku cakap.
Aku x bape sihat.
So aku start warm up.
Then nak buat crosstrainer x bole.
Full occupied machine orang guna.
So aku workout satu machine ni.
Macam crosstrainer sikit.
Tapi movements dia kiri kanan sided.
If crosstrainer movement dia depan or reverse.
Tapi bila guna machine tu aku rasa x selesa.
Aku rasa macam kekok sikit.
Tak selesa lagi kot.
Aku buat dalam 10mins.
Stop aku buat plank pose 2 or 3 times.
Then aku continue crosstrainer 10mins.
But this time nak habiskan macam susah sikit.
So to say macam aku pancit je tadi.
Aku x sihat satu hal plak.
Tapi aku still completekan.
Apa pun walau pancit aku still continue.
Insyaallah tomorrow.

Ok sebelum tido tengok ni.
Untuk motivation ok.

Haaa today day #7 pi gym.
Dah seminggu masuk keluar gym rupanyer.
Semangat tak?
Hehe.

First nak citer yang patutnyer ni bukan day #7.
Citer ni pasal last week.
Lepas aku buat crosstrainer day #6 last week.
Next day aku x larat.
Aku tuang gym.
Aku pegi lunch ngan geng opis.
Aku rasa badan nak recharge lambat.
Then aku rasa macam kaki kanan sakit.
Sakit area ankle.
Tak tau nape.
Aku blame one thing coz warm up x ok kot.
Aku just rasa x larat.
Ntah apa2 la aku rasa.
Next day plak aku nak pegi gym.
Tapi kunci drawer hilang x bole amik barang.
Tension akuuula.
Last2 pi melantak.
Friday plak memang ada date ngan bff aku.
Sabtu Ahad lagi la x bole nak commit lagi.
Pftttt.



So today aku gagahkan diri pegi gym.
Aku just plan buat crosstrainer.
Nak tengok camner fitness ok ke tak.
Tapi silapnya aku pegi set 25mins duration.
So resultnyer adalah...

● distance 4.47km
● calorie burned 160
● heart rate 86%
● duration 25mins

Overall result biasa2 jer.
Aku pancit plak tu hujung2 mins tu.
Haiyaaa.

Okla esok mungkin ada session with PT.
Aku cuba improve lagi.

Sejak pegi gym last week.
Ntahla rasa lain sgt.
Rasa macam2.

1. Aku rasa happy.
2. Aku rasa positive.
3. Aku rasa energetic.
4. Aku rasa bersemangat.
5. Aku rasa senang nak tarik nafas.
6. Aku rasa x cepat penat.
7. Aku rasa nak senyum memanjang je.
8. Aku rasa susah nak marah.
9. Aku rasa complexion kulit aku better.
10. Aku rasa sihat luar dalam.



Seriously.
Aku rasa something sejak pegi gym.
Aku suker routine aku nowadays.
Aku rasa penat of course bila abis gym.
Aku sometimes rasa nape aku buat semua ni.
Nape aku nak torture myself.
Buat itu buat ini.
Aku positivekan diri.
Macam yang aku list down tadi.
List tu semuanya benda2 positive.
Benda2 ni la kita patut rasa everyday.
Kita tak sepatutnya rasa stress everyday.
Betul tu.
Tapi realitinya kita should know something.
Untuk achieve all that kita kena usaha.
Selama 6 years ni aku take things easy je.
Aku x lead an active life.
Aku makan apa je aku nak makan.
Nowadays aku watch foods yg aku makan.
Aku x nak bila stress je aku makan.
Aku nak ubah diri aku.
Sejak pegi gym ni aku dapat rasa something.
The way aku look at food nowadays different.
Especially nasi.
Aku d type yang kena makan nasi.
Especially lunch hour.
Sejak pegi gym selalu end up makan subway.
Sometimes grilled chicken w/ brown rice.
Aku dah x cravings nasi sangat.
Aku x greedy sangat bila nak makan.
Ok betul memang ada bit changes.
Hopefully this good habits continue.

Day 6 - 10 June 2014

Sebelum nak citer today's fitness.
Nak citer pasal balik dari ofis semalam.
Aku punyerler lapar balik semalam.
Macam nak pengsan ko.
Aku bagitau hubby nak early dinner.
Dia ok je.
Tapi dinner aku makan ayam paprik+nasi.
Nasi banyak aku makan.
Habis habis.
Lapar punyer pasal bedal je la.
Hari ni tanya PT.
Kenapa rasa teruk semalam.
PT bagitau normal tu.
Why? Coz metabolic rate aku start increase.
Bila metabolic rate increase means badan kita melalui satu proses pembakaran.
Bakar kalori etc.
Proses ni pun guna tenaga kita.
Tu yang double ko lapar balik.
Or ko cepat lapar.
Oohhh baru aku tau.
Badan aku rupanyer react ngan fitness regime.
Dah faham.

So today buat assignment.
PT bagi semalam.
Aku buat crosstrainer training.
Aku kena buat 30mins.
Kira ni cardio training la.
Serious sampai 20mins rasa nak stop je.
20mins ni aku buat last friday.
Tapi today extra 10mins.
Aku penat tapi aku bertahan gak.
Aku berpeluh giler.
Aky kesat peluh.
Aku continue gak.
Aku set mind betul2.
Aku letak semangat.
Anddddd finally aku abiskan 30mins.
Aku happy.
Aku happy sangat2.
Aku bangga.
Aku puas hati.
Heeeeee.

Result:
Distance - 5.47km
Calorie burned - 171
Heart Rate: 85%
Time: 1.30pm - 2pm

Then aku cool down.
Aku turun downstairs.
Minum air.
Rupanyer PT ada kat situ.
Aku excited bagitau PT.
Siap high five gi.
Hehe.

Pas tu macam biasa aku siap nak balik ofis.
Apa aku belajar today is 'power of the mind'.
Serious its all in the mind.

Today balik ofis ni aku x lapar sangat.
Aku makan ni je.



Haaa kenyang gak ye.

#QueeneFitness: Day 5 - Plank, Hip Flex, Leg Extension & Sprinting

Day 5 - 9 June 2014
Time: 12.30pm - 2.15pm

PT Slot: 1.00pm - 1.30pm

Today memang really tiring.
Aku sampai awal today.
Semangat walaupun rasa penat sikit.
Aku tukar je then aku warm up.
Aku buat 5mins guna crosstrainer.

Then PT datang suruh turun downstairs.
Aku kena buat plank 30secs.
Then buat hip flex 12x each legs.
Repeat 4x.
Fuhh penat giler.

Then aku kena sprint 60sec.
Then continue duduk atas fitness ball.
Kena balance and duduk straight.
Sambil tu aku kena angkat dumbell.
Tak berat sgt dumbell.
Tapi bila dah 10-12 kali angkat.
Baru terasa effect kat shoulder.
Then buat leg extension.
Then back to sprint, fitness ball.
Last ke leg extension.
Kena buat dalam 3reps.
1st sprint result mention tadi 122 units.
2nd sprint result 129 units.

OMG last sekali PT suruh sprint 60secs lagi.
Aku x ingat bape units.
Aku terlalu penat.
Serious aku penat giler.
Half hour tu memang really challenging.
Memang menguji betul.
Aku masuk je locker room.
Rasa nak terbaring je.
Aku relax few secs.
Eh x bole jadi ni.
Last2 aku bangun freshen up.
Aku keluar beli subway.
Sampai ofis makan lapar giler.
Haa tengok ni.




Lapar giler tapi muka control.
Hehe.

Ok esok sambung gi citer fitness ye...

Day 4 - 6 June 2014

Today PT appointment xde.
So aku bole buat free n easy session.
Ok aku sampai2 je.
Tukar clothes warm up skit.
Then start session.
But semalam PT dah bagi assignment.
So aku apalagi kobar2 buat.
PT bagi crosstrainer assignment.
Crosstrainer equipment dia macam ni.

Semalam PT dah ajar how to operate benda ni.
So aku pun start ler.
Aku manually input those things yg PT suruh.
Fitness time, age, weight.
Then press enter.

Aku pun start slowly.
Bole je nak cheat PT kan.
Tapi aku x nak.
Aku try discipline myself.
Aku try gak.

Waktu buat ni 1st 5mins aku ok.
Bila masuk 8mins above aku macam goyang.
Aku cuba focus.
Aku cuba tengok tv display tu.
TV tunjuk channel cooking.
Aku cuba focus.
Tengok masa dah 10mins.
Aku bertahan.
Tapi dah berpeluh sakan.
Aku lap sikit peluh kat muka.
Aku bertahan.
Aku ada rasa nak stop gak.
Tapi aku bagitu xpe lagi 5 mins.
Buat lagi.
Then masa dah 15mins.
Peluh mencurah curah.
Aku bertahan gi.
Sambung bagitau diri lagi sikit nak abis.
Aku kuatkan gak even kaki rasa lenguh.
Tangan pegang handle pun lenguh.
Aku buat and buat and buat.
Focus focus tarik nafas.
Finally check the machine.
Woowww dah 20 mins.
Yeaaa berjaya.

Aku abis je cool down 3mins.
Turun machine.
Relax kan diri.
Then aku text PT outcome fitness tu.

Ni result dia.
Eventho biasa2 je.
Most important aku berjaya abiskan.
Aku berjaya create the willpower tu.
Itu yang penting.



Then aku turun bawah minum air.
Naik balik then freshen up.
Keluar gym aku beli subway.
Dah 2 hari aku makan wrap dia.
Wrap better then bread aku rasa.
Tengok ni haaa.



So friday tu rasa best sgt2.
Tapi serious 20mins tu menguji fitness aku.
Memang letih sikit.
Tapi aku puas hati.
Aku happy.
And aku happy.


#QueeneFitness: Day 3 - Highlights Shoulder Curl & Leg Extension

Day 3 - 5 June 2014
Time: 1pm - 2.15pm
PT: Yes
PT Slot: 1.10pm - 1.40pm

Fitness Routine:

Today dah hari ke-3.
Cepatnyer dah 3 hari datang gym.
Never failed bagus good job.

Today PT suruh buat crosstrainer exercise.
Warm up dulu.
Dalam 5mins.
Then abis je rasa something.
Rasa muscle kat pelvic tu macam ada gap.
Rasa gap tu macam ada terbuka flex area tu.
PT bagitau normal tu.
Coz yesterday kan buat flex exercise area tu.
PT bagitau bagus.
It means muscle area tu dah flexible.
So next time nak buat lunges or squats.
Xde masalah less injury macam tu.

Turun downstairs.
1st kena buat shoulder curl.
Shoulder curl exercise macam ni.

Nampak senang tapi susah gak la.
Itupun PT letak weight yang low.
For beginner macam aku.
Bergegar2 tangan aku angkat weight keatas.
Exercise ni PT bagitau good for upper body.
Sape nak kuatkan upper body buat ni ye.
Aku x kira bape secs or sets aku buat.
Coz technique x okay lagi.
Tarik nafas in out pun x ok.
Breathing x synchronise ngan movement.
Xpe next time buat lagi.

Next thing aku kena buat leg extension.
Ni haaa macam ni nak buat.

Fuhh.
Waktu buat exercise ni at first guna 2 kaki.
Okay lagi.
Tapi bila kena buat satu kaki.
Baru terasa muscle tu strecth lower down hip.
Kaki kanan ok gi.
Tapi bila buat kaki kiri.
Bergetar2 kaki.
Haha.
PT bagitau kaki kiri x kuat.
But itu normal.
One leg mesti dominant than the other one.

Then abis je.
Aku relax2.
Macam biasa freshen up.
Stop subway beli wrap.
Masuk office and enjoy wrap.
Buat keje bersemangat setiap hari.



So esok looking forward to explore more fitness exercise.

Day 2: 4 June 2014

PT Slot: 1.15pm - 1.45pm

Fitness Routine: 

Today started off with crosstrainer exercise.
PT ajar macam mana nak operate machine tu.
Aku kena buat dalam 5mins camtu.
Tak biasa guna.
Rasa x selesa sikit.
Tapi berjaya habiskan
Pas tu relax and turun downstairs.

PT suruh minum air sikit.
Ni la lounge and bar dia.



Then PT starts the session.
This time around ada few things kena buat.
PT suruh buat exercise ni.
Aku x ingat dia panggil apa.
Tapi exercise ni untuk flex kan muscle.
Muscle kat area antara pelvic and hip.
X silap aku la.
Aku kena buat banyak gak.

Then aku kena buat plank pose.
Tahan 30secs then buat dlm 3sets.
Then abis je aku kena buat sprinting.
Sprints dlm 30secs.
1st result - 42 units
2nd result - 52 units
3rd result - 60 something
Exercise ni nak uji kepantasan.
Lagi laju lagi byk marks.
Next time ni kena improve lagi.
Then abis.

Aku relax2 dulu.
Then aku naik atas freshen up.
Masuk ofis ngan muka berseri2.

#QueeneFitness: Day 1 - Fitness Intro




Ari ni aku start Day 1 kat Fitness First.
Semalam baru je aku sign up kan.
Bersemangat okay.
Tapi aku lambat sikit sampai.
5-10 mins late.
Supposedly start pukul 1.30pm w/ personal trainer (PT).
Sorry lambat bagitau trainer.
Trainer pompuan.
Dia ok relax je.
So jom start!
Ni brief info Day 1.

Day 1 - 3 June 2014
Time: 1.35pm - 2.30pm
PT: Yes
PT Slot: 1.45pm - 2.15pm

Fitness Routine: 

We started off with introduction stage with PT.
We did the same health check up.
Macam yesterday.
This time lebih detail.
More explanation from PT.
Also more towards understanding diri aku.
Life & fitness or health related questions.
So once dah documented everything.
PT bawak aku to start our fitness plan.

First things first.
I was asked to cycle 10 mins.
Hmmm rasa ler kepayahan tu.
Utk orang macam aku yg jarang exercise.
Of course rasa macam susah skit ler.
Rasa ada je yang x comfortable time cycle.
But PT cakap xpe.
Relax take it easy focus.
Aku continue gak walau rasa macam nak stop.
Finally dapat habiskan.
Yeeee happy sgt2.

Then relax sekejap.
Go downstairs pulak.
PT suruh minum plain water dulu.

Kat area  ni aku kena buat something.
Intro session towards nak tau fitness level aku.
Aku kena buat push up dlm 20-30 seconds.
Buat few sets x silap.
Then buat plank within same time macam tadi.
Then aku kena stand & balance with 1 feet up.
All session ni actually to check our cardio, strength, flexibility at least.
So dah abis je.
PT bagitau result was 1 over 40.
Mak aiiii.
Susah payah aku buat.
Result ciputtt 1 je.
Haha.
Its ok its ok bagitau diri aku.
Next time buat lagi better.
PT pun sama bagi semangat.
Bagi motivation this that.
Pas tu abisss.
Mandi freshen up.
Ready for office.
Aku beli packed lunch kat situ.
Grilled chicken & brown rice.
Otw balik office aku senyum memanjang.
Ntah rasa best sgt2.
Rasa semacam je bila abis exercise.

Masuk office rasa lain.
Rasa feel bersemangat.

For me feeling ni memang best sgt2.

#QueeneFitness: Day 0 - Wishlist Sign-Up Gym Membership Tercapai! Yahoo!

Hi.

Before ni aku dah start a bit of healthy routine.
Lots of vege.
Lots of fruits.
Drinks lots of water.
Surf internet info itu info ini.
From diet to fitness to healthy eating.
Macam2 aku check to betul2 prepare myself.
Mentally and physically.

So ari tu aku buat something big.
Aku dah bole strike off one of wishlist aku.
Wishlist - sign up for gym.

So ni update ari sign up tu.

Day 0: 2 June 2014

After contemplating for so long.
Aku finally sign up for gym membership ari ni.
Aku sign up kat 'Fitness First' @ Menara MBF.

In fact, few ofis mate sign up kat sini gak.
For me menara mbf very convenience.
Walking distance within 3 minutes from office.
So off aku went that monday lunch hour tu.
Around 1pm aku sampai.

So with all the awkwardness in me.
Aku inform reception tu aku nak sign up gym.
They asked me to wait kat lounge area tu.
Still feeling awkward yg sangat2.
Rasa sure x sure plak aku time tu.
Rasa macam x nak plak.
But aku try relax myself.
Try to motivate myself balik.
Fuhh tarik nafas.

Then came this young indian guy smiling asking me to wait a while.
Dia tengah attend few potential clients.
Guess ni kot sales person dorang.
He handed me booklet ni.
Asked me to fill up info dalam ni.



Aku open up booklet tu.
Read slowly line by line.
Then aku fill up bio info.
Then aku flip next page.
That page was asking some serious question.
Takde serious mane pun.
Bagi aku serious topic uuu.
Hehe.
Question about fitness health etc.
But then aku x jot down my answers.
Ntah things just x bole nak come out.
Too many things going in my mind time tu.
Aku stare blankly.
Then aku tarik nafas.
Tarik nafas gi.
Tu keje aku.
Haha.

Then look around looking for that indian guy.
Haaa aku nampak kat reception.
Busy.



Abis je ngan clients dia.
Dia pun attend aku.
First foremost dia introduce himself.
Then dia slowly start asking u questions.
Why u want to join?
Who motivates u to join?
What is your fitness goals?
