#QueeneFitness: Day 35 & 36 - 7th & 8th BB Class

Date: 7 (Tues) & 9 (Thurs) October 2014 

baru perasan dah 35 days pegi gym
and now dah 7x join BB class
but yesterday BB class instructor lain
best tp penat sikit
actually a bit lazy nak pegi
tapi paksa gak diri
bila dah buat tu rasa la satisfaction dia
sukerrr
BB class semalam instructor lain
tapi dia ok kelakar
tapi aku notice one thing
BB class ni bole tonekan body 
tu yg x nak miss tu
kalau bole 2x or 3x seminggu
consider ok dah tu
since masuk class ni bole rasa different
especially butt n hip area
part ni le yg kalau boleh nak dikecilkan
hehe

#QueeneFitness: Day 33 & Day 34 - Not Bad Workout

Date: 1 Oct (Wed) & 2 Oct (Thurs) 2014

well this update untuk minggu ni
so dpt 4x pegi gym
great week kannnn
so cut things short
wed buat crosstrainer 
ok this time aku buat level 7
fuhh
pancitttt
aku buat 5 mins je dpt 1km sikit
saje je aku letak level 7
normal now aku kat level 2
tapi serious susah sikit
aku rasa penat sangat2
then aku try sideways crosstrainer
benda lain plak
aku dptla dlm 200m
quite tough dgn width 5

next day masuk regular body balance class
instructor buat release 66 yg latest
woweee mmg best 
challenginggg

and best of all
everytime buat workout
always finish d day with healthy meals
ok ni dia 2 meals ari tu

#QueeneFitness: Day 32 - Best Workout Day!

Date: 30 Sept 2014 (Tues)

OMG
today memang best
lunch hour buat hot flow yoga
1st time buat yoga ni
so far baru try body balance class je
ada few class yoga kat sini
ada gentle yoga
ada hot flow yoga 
ada dynamic yoga
aku try hot flow yoga
class ni ada set hot temperature 
so bila buat yoga tu berpeluh la gak
tapi best 
some moves quite tough 
tapi aku challenge diri aku gak
then lunch hour mkn food online ni


lemon chicken brown rice n ginger mixed vege
mmmm sedapppp
330kcal uuuu

so petang tu join body balance class
try out release 66 yang latest
fuhhh quite challenging
tapi best
very positive n stronger

ok itu je la
feel good rejuvenate etc
feel best sangat
