OMG
today memang best
lunch hour buat hot flow yoga
1st time buat yoga ni
so far baru try body balance class je
ada few class yoga kat sini
ada gentle yoga
ada hot flow yoga 
ada dynamic yoga
aku try hot flow yoga
class ni ada set hot temperature 
so bila buat yoga tu berpeluh la gak
tapi best 
some moves quite tough 
tapi aku challenge diri aku gak
then lunch hour mkn food online ni


lemon chicken brown rice n ginger mixed vege
mmmm sedapppp
330kcal uuuu

so petang tu join body balance class
try out release 66 yang latest
fuhhh quite challenging
tapi best
very positive n stronger

ok itu je la
feel good rejuvenate etc
feel best sangat
