then aku try sideways crosstrainer

aku dptla dlm 200m
quite tough dgn width 5
next day masuk regular body balance class
instructor buat release 66 yg latest
woweee mmg best
challenginggg
and best of all
everytime buat workout
always finish d day with healthy meals
ok ni dia 2 meals ari tu
jommm makan....
